Fullwood House, Cheltenham

This development comprised of 183 study bedrooms within a College campus in a historic regency environment. The blocks were designed to appear like villas within the parkland setting.

Our role was as project architect working for the design and build contractor to ensure the original design was maintained at a cost effective price, from tender stage through to project completion.
