One St George's Way, Leicester

Originally a sorting office for Royal Mail and offices for BT, the scheme for this building included multiple extensions and an extensive refurbishment to form a variety of commercial and residential uses which will form an important part of Leicester's regeneration.

Work included scheme design, planning negotiation and preparation of working drawings for Building Regulations and tender.
