Warwickshire College, Royal Leamington Spa

A number of schemes have been completed for this client both at their Leamington Spa campus and also at Moreton Morrell, including new teaching blocks providing teaching rooms, offices and lecture theatres and a large extension and conversion of the existing engineering workshops to provide additional facilities for the Faculty of Creative Arts.

Our role included scheme design, planning drawings, full working drawings and project architect whilst on site up to practical completion working in conjuntion with design and build contractors to ensure the overall designs and detailed designs were of high quality and cost effective.
