Plans People was founded to provide a premium architectural service for all sectors, including homeowners wishing to alter, extend, convert or construct a property.

The success of any building project can be highly dependent on a quality set of architectural plans as this can reduce delays in obtaining statutory approvals, costly delays on site and ensure that accurate quotations are received from potential builders.

Unlike most traditional practices our fees are fixed at the start of the project and not based on a percentage of the building works. All of our work is produced to a very high standard by qualified staff using Computer Aided Design. We are proud to be able to offer a fast, friendly and efficient service.
